How YOU can help

  • Report suspected trafficking. Human trafficking takes place all around us, everyday. If you see suspected trafficking, call an anti-trafficking hotline like the Georgia Care Connection: 404-602-0068 .
  • Host an Awareness party.
  • Mentor a child. Saving children from sexual exploitation starts at the level of prevention. You can make a profound difference in a young boy or girl’s life by encouraging and inspiring them with positive messages.
  • Offer your time. Organizations working to end trafficking depend upon the hard work of volunteers to bring their goals to life. Volunteers are the driving force behind the movement to stop sex trafficking.
  • Stay informed on legislative issues regarding trafficking and contact your legislators to request their support of victims of human trafficking.
  • Join groups in your community, school, or church that seek to raise awareness and support for victims of human trafficking. If none exist, start one!
  • Use your unique gifts: if you are a painter, paint. If you’re a musician, play. Whatever your talent is, from making jewelry to running marathons, you can use it to bring awareness to the people around you, raise funds to aid victim rehabilitation, and change the face of Atlanta as a destination for human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation of children.
  • Consider donating to the cause. Currently funding for nonprofit organizations and victim services is extremely limited. Even the smallest financial contribution can be used to leverage significant results in driving trafficking out of Atlanta.

Welcome to the movement.
